He forgot to mention, they wont work below zero, take time to come up to full brightness, and you cant dim them.
Yea for rules and regulations. Kind reminds me of the FCC banning normal Analog broadcast tv as of Feb 17 2009 making almost all current TVs using an antenna useless without buing a converter box. And oh by the way, the reception is not as good and you either get a picture or nothing, no in between for distant stations. I say we take all of our TVs and dump them on the steps of the FCC.
