The stock 4-valve 4-cam Ford or Lincoln engine is lower in horsepower and torque than a stock 351-C, so there's no problem with the ZF, which in unaltered form can handle at least 850 horses from a much larger engine than this little 4.6-liter. Much has been posted on this conversion (see the archives) so except for slightly altering the cylinder heads to fit, building a set of unique headers etc, and deleting the stock power steering pump from the serpenine drive, your main task will be to adapt some sort of computerized brain-box to run this totally computerized engine.
