Where can I acquire an Etoile center cap "Key"?

Maybe get one of those cheap tamper proof tool bit sets, remove them and replace with a regular Allen head, no one will steel Etoile wheels in this day!

It hurts to think that the Etoile Wheels that I like so much on the Pantera are no longer on the 'Desirable Wheel List "

I found that a Torx T40 Bit 3/8 drive matches up very well .

This may help other Etoile owners

 2511 had those wheels on it when purchased by me in 2002. They were all the rage back in the day and many Panteras had them. 

 Like me, I suspect your appreciation for those wheels will greatly diminish after your first session trying to clean around the 40 to 60 bolts - on each wheel - that hold everything together. 

 I quickly found a buyer for them, sold them at a very nice price and replaced them with a set of Pantera east reproduction Campies.

The Pantera Performance Center of Colorado (owned by Dennis Quella) formerly sold the Etoile wheels; but Etoile is out of business. Pantera Performance Center sells Kinesis wheels now; I've been told that Kinesis services Etoile wheels. So my suggestion would be to contact Dennis Quella.
