"fits" is a relative term. I don't think they will "fit" unless you lower the floor pans. I bought a set from a junkyard and was going to have them recovered and decided to test fit them in my car. They were too tall for the stock floor pans. I am 5'7" and had to tilt my head to fit under the headliner.

I wound up going w/ Gary Herrig's corvette conversion seats and I am thrilled with them! He does beautiful work and the price was reasonable, too.

If I had lowered floor pans, I would have liked to have used the fiero seats. The ones that I had bought had speakers mounted in the headrests, which was an option on the fiero. There was a a replacement set of speakers that would fit in the headrest. There is a guy who sells seat covers and foam for fiero seats. He will do many combinations of covers including different colors, leather and custom embroidery. Do a google search on fiero and mike (actually I did a search for you) click on http://www.mrmikes.com/

It looks like he has expanded his line. His business is no longer called "Fiero Mikes" it is now "Mr. Mikes" He actually has a Pantera listing but they don't look like stock seats I think they are fiero seats in the Pantera.

I installed Fiero seats using Mr. Mike's kit. I wanted the speakers in the seat headrests.
The good: I used new speakers and they work great. I can enjoy the stereo much more now at a lower overall volume. Mr Mike's kit was very complete, I recovered them myself, and they turned out great. Although the leather grain is much finer than the original "elephant hide" vinyl on the dash and door panels, I still feel that the quality and look is very good. How durable they are remains to be seen.
The bad: The seats don't fit for sh!t. They are much larger in every dimension. The Passenger seat frame had to be modified with saw, hammer, and welder, to clear the emergency brake box. The seat cushions are thicker and make an already tight passenger area even smaller. The stock passenger seat belt barely works for average sized folks...any guest who likes their burgers and beer may be in trouble. If you already have the engine hump reduction modification, it would help greatly. Both seats are too big to use any adjusting tracks. I'm 6' and with the seats bolted to the floor, I can barely sit in the car. I replaced the carpet when I did the seats and I ended up ripping it up and removing the carpet padding under the seat to get a bit more room. I needed it! Because they are thicker in all directions, right leg clearance at the steering wheel became an issue. Had to change the steering wheel.
I agree, if you already have lowered pans, they would fit better.
I wouldn't do it again. Even if they fit you OK, they are not going to fit a lot of passengers and potential buyers in the future. Between the time and expense of getting them from the junk yard, stripping and recovering them, and fighting to get them to fit, I was in too deep to back out. Next time I'd opt for the Vette seats and save myself a lot of grief.
I DO love those speakers though!
