A couple of final thoughts. When cutting the fiberglass be sure to wear breathing protection. When glueing back the vinal over the edges of the 'bubble' Cover, it helps to use those padded glueing clamps, the ones that look like giant aligator clips, also use waxed paper. If You have thought long and hard about this, as I did; and have decided that this modification is for You, take Your time and go carefully. We know how irreplacable these bulkheads are. Use a straight edge to draw Your lines. Be sure Your measurements are correct BEFORE You start cutting. Know what You are doing and why, make sure the vinal is out of the way on the reverse side while cutting. Use the proper tools and have Fun with it! Your work will be rewarded with a 'Trick' access to the front of Your Engine for years to come. If You have any questions, I will be very happy to answer them and can be reached at: panther@starnetdial.net Thank-You! For Your interest; To all of our Brothers and Sisters.

To clearify: The pictures that I posted showing the finished engine cover does not show the Steel Hatch Cover in its' place. I assure You that the Steel Cover IS in place underneath the plastic cover, and I would never recommend operating the Pantera without it. Thank-You!
