First drive of the year

Hi, just thought I'd share this experience. Driving the Pantera for the first time in 5 month (winter) is always an extraordinary experience. Bear in mind that my winter car this year has been a comfy 2005 Hemi Jeep Grand Cherokee.

So when I drive the Pantera, it dawns on me:
-It's so low
-The windshield is so close
-The ergonomics are so ....
-The sound is just fantastic, main reason I bought this exact car
-Backing it out of the garage is a blind challenge
-When on the road you feel like on Le Mans even when driving sensibly
-The Pantera with it's stock 351C is probably not much faster than the Jeep, but it feels a lot faster
-My Jeep has navigation and DVD, in the Pantera I never even turn on the radio
-After almost every trip something needs fixing/adjusting
-After every trip I feel I've been on an adventure. After a trip in the Jeep I can't even remember where I've been, it's all a yawning blur

Just washed and waxed it. Spring is here...
