Hi all...#6451 is alive again after 26 years !! Bought her down in Geneva New York last February and have been going over things since then. Won't get too long winded here but kudos to PO Bill Sline who mothballed her in 1986. Excellent job. Had a bit of a fuel delivery problem when we attempted the start yesterday. Part of the issue was a bad fuel hose ( I have 7 in the system) Braided stainless but was cracked inside. Made new ones up today ( replaced them all ) and she fired right up and went into a lovely thumping idle!!! 4 weber IDA 48's that I didn't touch...so far so good. Rebuilding the calipers as we speak ( not literally...I'm not that good ) so I"ll keep you posted..but she is alive..awesome))
