A quick answer to all the naysayers.

I 100 per cent agree with the sentiment printed on that shirt, BUT I have heard this story lots of times, "I don't know how much the car is WORTH and I don't care. I built it for me and I am going to keep it forever."

Next day, "hey, know anyone who wants to buy my car?"

All well and good, but I would think, don't ask a question why no one seems to want to buy it, then tell them that they are wrong?

People are being asked for THEIR opinions. They are answering your question and there is no right and wrong answer.

The market will bear out, (bare out?) the value of anyone's tastes. That's just the way it is?

In reality we are all just caretakers of these vehicles. In the long run, we ALL either hurt or help the value with our "maintenance" we have done on these cars.

I understand and accept that.

It would seem that there are many cases where "buyers are just staying away in droves?" I may be wrong but people are "voting with their dollars"...or not!

If someone likes a car, then step up to the plate and buy it, otherwise the opinion of "It should be worth..." MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

It would seem to me that the US Presidential race has begun? It is an opportunity for anyone to throw thier hat into the ring and tell everybody how stupid they are, what their option MUST be and propose that if you do not agree, then you should not allowed to vote. Others have.

Let's see how that works out for any one candidate? Wink
