They are lasered. I forgot to send the bottom plate in but it will take a while before I get the side plates properly mounted with those angles.
If you wanted individual runner you could either cut a webber intake or I saw an individual intake left/right which would work too.

You are changing the design of the intake manifold from an individual runner to a single plenum with 2400cfm of carbs. That doesn't work well.
The carbs are designed for individual runners. You are attempting to reinvent the wheel. It is essential to understand the difference between the two designs.

I expected some one to bring this up. I understand but you know some times I have a mind of my own. I have done a 100 things people told me I shouldn't have; stuck with 80 and reversed 20.
I have some things I want to look at a little beyond what I can get into here but I can not compare the two manifolds if I don't build this one and this one is a piece of cake to build. This will also have the ability to close off each runner too.
With seeing the effect of back pressure on the exhaust I built I could see just how poorly tuned it was so I need to finish a better balanced exhaust first with back pressure tuned for the cam.
The intake is a piece of cake to make so why not. I may come full circle and just use the other one but I still have some things I want to experiment with.

Yea, some times it's about the journey more then the destination.
