First ....

It is not allowed to publicize disputes in this community, Period, no exceptions. Jim is a friend, and I feel compassion for his problem, but he was wrong to post his thread about a certain German parts vendor.

Second ....

I removed Jim's thread for a reason, it was in violation of Forum policy. ANYBODY who brings the subject up again, after it has been moderated, is just asking to be banned. The damn thread was removed for a reason ... how thick does a person have to be to bring the topic up a second time???

Third ....

A former member banned from this community was banned for a reason, they have no "response rights" in this forum. Nobody has the right to over-step that ban and post a reply on behalf of a banned member. Again, anybody doing so is asking to be banned themselves.
