The Ford Cleveland was made by the millions and those parts are still available from Napa, O’Reillys, rock auto, and probably Summit and Jegs

This gasket set by Felpro has what you are asking for and a lot more. And, it is only $56. Amazing. I keep a spare set on hand and routinely end up using them. I end up tossing some of the gaskets such as the 2V header gaskets and valve seals.
