Front rotors for GRP4 / GT5

I have a 1978 Pantera with the large brakes, i.e. 3 piston Girling caliper with removable ventilated rotors on hats at the front. I have some front brake shudder and I am looking for replacement rotors.
The rotors have been skimmed before and are too thin to done again.
I want to keep the calipers I have, I would consider replacing the hat also but I want to stay with a 2-piece.
Any suggestions or information?

Can you post a picture of your rotor?

You could have one custom made if it is a two piece.
