I know for some of you this is nothing but for SoCal this makes for a really fun drive home. This was the 5N freeway just before Lebec at 4:30 this afternoon. These are not the worst photos either. When it got really bad I couldn't take pics for obvious reasons.
Traffic stopped on the uphill side a couple times and because of the traction loc in my truck I would start to slide sideways to get going again. One time I had to stop to allow a semi in the truck lane to pass because I was sliding into his lane. Thought I was going to spend the night on the freeway several times. half a mile later and I'm on the downhill side and heading home.
20 Minutes after making it through they closed the vine........Lucky me!!
