Many of us have modified the early lift the deck gas fill to the later external fill option. The earlier side shields were narrower and used screws to hold down the center cover. So buying the later cover with the gas hose hump would not work to cover the hose so most of them remain exposed. I am going to offer 2 fixes for this issue. One will be a steel weld on version like pictured and the other will be a composite bolt on version.
