Is that a case of Dyslexia or just thinking you saw what you were expecting, not what was there.

Now, the question is why have two sets of gauges?
There is only one reason to run ANY kind of gauge in a car: to get information on some parameter important to the driver. So accuracy is required and some of the stock gauges are known to be 'less than accurate' for a host of reasons. If you're going to replace gauges, check their accuracy. You may wind up swapping gauge faces for a stock look with improved accuracy.

Oil pressure and water temps are the two most generally inaccurate stock gauges.
