half Shafts????

Can you identify these half shafts. They came of Mike Thomas' 74. They do not look like the spicers on my car, nor do they look like the stock? units on the yellow car that I'm parting out.

Please help me identify these for Mike.

I have seen shafts like thewe before, but cannot remember where. The look like they might be a little heavy. Although I assume the large diameter portion is hollow.
