Hanbrake spring

Hello guys

I have already posted a message about that but still in trouble

I'm looking for this part : http://picasaweb.google.com/10...3327/DeTomasoEngine# 2 bottom left pictures

Does anyone know if I can find the same spring on another italian car ?
Panteras by wilkinson doesn't have this part.

If I don't find it, i will have to bend an iron wire myself but I wouldn't like to do this.

That spring is remarkably similar to the spring from a common clothespin depending on the size. It is hard to tell from the picture how large it is. And by the way, your car looks remarkably similar to mine.
Good luck finding the piece.

Tberg >>> Hum funny but ....very good idea !.
I will try to find a big big one because it's a big spring and the chances to find the right diameter are small.
And yes, I agree our car are very similar .

They are different left/right also. You must need the mate to the one in your picture? I might be able to help.

Yesterday I decided to move on and I have found a company in my city who builds springs.

They will make one for me...The price is high >50€ but i should have my spring tomorrow and I will be ready to go forward on my car
