Has anyone seen this car???

I am looking at purchasing this car. However there is no documentation on the car. Has anyone performed work or happen to know a previous owner? Chassis #3851.

Any help appreciated.

I think this car was on ebay, it sold for 38,000, I think the guy who bought it had back surgury and decided real quick after a 500 mile trip home that this was not the kind of comfort he could handel after his surgury. Or it could just look like that car.
