Did Pantera's always have to what I call the old volkwagon type fuses,or did they change on different years ? I know that the 71 and the 72 I have looked at had the plastic type fuses.

Upgraded fuses are available to replace the older type you mention. In addition there are modern replacement fuse blocks available from vendors and some private owners which not only upgrade the fuses but spread the load over more fuses instead of stock configuration.
Well all that I have searched through I knew there were aftermarket type fuse boxes (or should I say updated) out there,I know I have read where some people had run into problems with the wiring and I was just checking my options. Thanks for the info.
