The hazard switch is the likely cause of your turn signal problem. There are lots (10 ?) wires on the back of the switch, and they can effect many electrical items. When you pull your switch out, mark each wire as to where it goes. To remove there is a ring on the back side. Loosen that, then push it forward a little, look behind and mark the wires, before you pull it out.
Try cleaning it with contact cleaner before you buy a replacement.
The part is, available new from the usual Pantera vendors for around $65 ???

Depends on how handy you are. Disconnect the wires on the back-after you make a map of where they all connect- and unscrew the outer bezel. The switch itself has metal tabs that hold the assembly together; by unbending them the absolute minimum to remove it, you can disassemble the switch body. The body has a track cut in it's side and a contacter follows the groove to change the contacts inside. Sometimes, the contactor slips out of the groove and jams; by wedging 3 layers of a business card between the follower and the body, then reassembling, I got mine to work again- in 1992! Good luck.
