My name is Mark, hello everyone. I'm currently a BMW 850i owner and looking to move up. A little about myself. I'm 49yrs old, soon to be 50, I'm also a moderator on the biggest BMW forum in the world, with over 358,000 members. I've had the 850i for last last 6yrs, and she's my daily driver year round. I love the car but, I'm ready for a change. I'd like to trade the 850i for a roller Pantara, only in need of a lite resto and an engine. I've loved the Pantara since childhood, and since my late uncle worked for Ford his entire life, I had the chance to see them up close and personal when they were new.

I'm married with 3 young boys.( Marco, Giancarlo, Luciano )I take them to all of the car shows I attend, and usually take home a trophy. Been in the pharmaceutical business for the last 23yrs with the same company.

So, if anyone here knows of a car owner who's willing to trade down for a nice car, PLEASE let me know..

What I drive now.

Thanks Cowboy. Maybe I'll get lucky..

DEVIL, thank you too.. The going price for a car like mine is around the $17K range. She runs really well. I've had her to 176 on GPS and she was still pulling. Your car is along the lines of what I'm going for. Sorry, don't know of any Vipers. I do see them from time to time on some of those insurance sites. Some aren't hit that bad..

If I can locate the car I'm looking for, It'll end up like this one ( I hope. )

Hi Mark, and welcome. Honestly, never really saw an 850 that grabbed me... until yours. The color, wheels, really set it off. Is that a manual by any chance?

And Devil, though off topic, I may sell my Viper GTS.

Welcome again Mark. You won't be disappointed in a Pantera. Fun cars, make all the right noises, a joy to play with and an even better forum of nuts to help you get there.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Sorry to say she's an automatic Frowner . I hope I can find something that someone's lost interest in, and I can take her to where she has to go. As far as nuts go, I deal with quite a few on a BMW forum I moderate. When you have nuts in the group, you couldn't ask for a better bunch. roll on floor

Beautiful car. What year and how many miles does it have?

Welcome to the forum![/QUOTE]@ Cory: Thanks, I wish I could afford a running car right now but, unfortunately I can't.

@ Khan: She's a '91 and just turned 84K last week. I posted her in the other "Cars, Parts or Collectables Wanted Forum" here with more pics and a better description.

Thanks for the welcome.
