HELP ! Cheated by Flatlander / Scat

I ordered a stroker kit by Flatlander Racing in November.
The kit is made by Scat.
Was told the kit should be delivered in end of December. The payment was deducted from my card.

Then nothing happening.
I was told by Flatlander (Tanya) to phone Scat directly.
From Scat I was told the kit shoul be ready in end January, then end February and now within 4 more weeks.
Any other companies out there that can provide me with a stroker kit for Cleveland ?
