Help wanted performing a PPI in Fort Lauderdale

I am on to another pantera that could be a good candidate for my garage.

A few members on the board have already pointed out some remarks by means of photo and I have contacted the seller, and he had a very good explanation for each.
This is Lou Fenkells car in Fort Lauderdale.
The two regional reps of Pantera in Florida are out on holiday so I am looking for someone who can do a first live scan in person for me between today and mid august. That way if all works out I can make an offer and should he accept fly over to Florida.

Lou is ok with someone coming over to do a PPI.

Anyone who can help me out?
