i noticed on the halve shaft were we marked so they would go back together in the same place,that our marks may have come off,the marks were for lining up the half shafts for balancing reasons,much of a problem.les

There should be arrows allready etched into the half shafts from the factory. After you clean them up you should be able to find the factory marks...
