My father was born in Italy "came over on the boat"
when I showed my father the Pantera I just bought in 1999 he did not care... cars are point A to point B to him.
I needed to find out how to put the gasket in the headlights back in correctly and showed it to my dad because I could not read it... My dad asked why is it in Italian it is a "Ford!" (Ref to the 351C) I told my dad the story as I knew it and during the story, I made the mistake of saying de Tomaso was Italian... My father word was law to me and he said that car may have been built in Italy but Tomaso is not an Italian name. (wrong or right I do not know!) But he still liked riding in the car RIP Dad, Dionisio Bernardi 2006
Sincerely his son, Giuseppe driver of 6656

Alejandro De Tomaso was Argentinian, hence is is said the blue and white represents the Argentinian flag in the logo!
