Does anyone know of a good source for the electrical part of the ignition switch for a fair price?

Not necessarily inexpensive, but have you tried Team Blitz?
Here are a few I found online...

Might also try ebay UK.

Note that I have not confirmed if these are the right parts to replace your switch.
First, some owners have successfully rebuilt this piece. There is factory grease inside which hardens and a couple of hours devoted to removal and a good cleaning may be your solution.

If cleaning doesn’t work or you would prefer to just replace the unit, I have new old stock units available for $125.

Regarding the links provided by Garth:
His first link is for a cousin to our switch, a later version. The attachment method is not what is used for our cars and that switch is not a replacement for our cars.
His second link is for the correct version but the listing indicates the piece to no longer be in stock.
