Agreed RacerDave! The other day I was laughing/commiserating with an "F-car" pal that Boxer rims were $1500 each, and he was "considering" a tool kit for $2500.

I said, "Lo and behold" or something like that, "the Pantera parts - which break less frequently by the way - aren't NEAR that costly."

He says, "Market value of the cars, and the replacment parts follow parallel lines in many ways." And I ponder...

"You mean like muscle cars?" Long silence.

And yet, SOME of the parts indigineous to our car's originality are getting to be expensive because SOME folks are really beginning to treasure them

I really believe that Panteras are hideously overdue for an appreciation bump, and prices for some 'original' bits are definitely reflective. Sorry about the rant, but the $605 steering wheel pad got my attention.
