When I purchased my car in 2007 it had California plates "inzowho" on it. I thought it would be neat to pay tribute to the cars history and past owners by getting the same plates in Canada. Coming up on my 5th year of ownership, I'm thinking it is time to move on. Nobody around here knows the Ford/Ferrari story that would explain the humor of the plates and I am no longer willing to poke fun at a world class marque.
SO, if I'm going to change the plates, what should I get?

I don't want "challenge plates" that just invite trouble. Such as
UR2SLOW
2FST4U
etc.

So far I have come up with
H8GNSLO self-explanitory
QWIK EH reference to being Canadian

But the one I like best is
DTOMASO
not much imagination but it just kinda fits this car.

Have some fun. Give me some more ideas. From mild to wild. I'd like to see what you guys come up with.

I have admitted this to rlee63a4 years ago, but now you know where I stole this from. Unfortunately, Quebec is the only place in the world where you can do just about anything... except get a vanity plate.

New Hampshire motor vehicles website has an option to search and see if a vanity is available.

ITALIA and 4NMUSCL are two I considered.

I had PANTERA for one year, gave it up for DTOMASO the next. The annual charge for vanity tags is the same, new or renewed, so I was going to change it every year and get a collection of retired tags to hang on the wall of the shop, but I decided to keep DTOMASO. Someone else snapped up PANTERA within days.

My personal Fav is Veloce which is Fast in Italian

IMHO but the Best two plates I have ever seen are;

On a Virginia USA plate I HATE VA and 0OI011I Cops hate it when they can't quickly memorize your plate but our cars are memorable so it does not work...Smile

Also one of MY favorite plates--E VELOCE (IT'S Fast). Unfortunately, the beer-drinking hot rodders I run around with didn't get it. So, I had to abandon that plate for one they could understand.

I've always liked FORZA. Had a Mustang with "HGHRISK" (insurance). How about "CIAO"? Not related at all but one of my all time favories was "BLONDE" with the plate upside down.
