Just paid $4.20 for Gas !

I'm paying around $5.50 per gal for 94.

Dang! Wish we had that big Octane. All we get here in CA is stinkin 91 at well over $4 (I don't even bother checking anymore since it goes up daily).

4.09 for regular here in Fresno.

4.29 for 91 octane.

I paid 4.89 in Bridgeport, CA for 91 octane on the way to Vegas.

Vegas mileage was 1,440 miles. Total cost was $403.62.

Averaged 14.608 MPG at a cost of 28¢ per mile.

Now that 14.608 MPG was doing a LOT of twisty-turny 2nd/3rd gear on California Sierra Nevada roads, with quite a few 110-120 mph sprints.

Expensive? Yup, but worth every penny.

On our outer islands, regular has hit over $4.25 per gallon. Lucky we live Hawaii . . . NOT!

We have had a price drop. Was $3.99 on friday, is down to $3.87 just in town. Diesel is running $4.59 a gallon here.
Just a note. We traded in our Aurora last weekend. It got a average of 25-27 MPG. We bought a 08 Cobalt with the 2.2 ECOTEC. Im telling you guys Im impressed with the economy of this little car. I filled up on Friday, 11.1 gallons @ $3.97, and the little girl averaged 39.5 MPG on that tank. Plus the car now has just over 900 miles on it.

In Australia I pay $1.65-$1.70 aussie per litre !
one aussie dollar = about .92 US dollars
So yes I wish petrol was as cheap as the usa prices !!

I only paid $4.09 this weekend. But, here in the good ole USA, we dont have major public transportation systems. I have been to Australia, and I can say your transportation system is awsume. So much of non USA gasoline subsidises public transportation. In the USA, almost all of the cost of gasoline goes to the pockets of big oil company execs. Our puney little gas taxes barely keep the potholes out of the roads.

I'm in for $1.37 / litre. Works out to $5.48 / US gallon for 92 octane. There is talk of a 10 cent hike by July ! Yikes.

Here in middle America today we're setting @ $3.65 for regular & $3.72 for prenium at the station across the street from my business. Just paid a little over $5.00/gal. for some 110 octane race gas last week that I mix with premium for the P-car. Pretty soon I may be able to fill up with 110 instead of premium.
