KBD exhaust tips

These look pretty well made and quite adaptable. To me they have a very stock period appearance. They are intended for early C-4 Corvettes. This photo was lifted from Ebay. They run in the mid $200 range for L&R. 2-1/2" inlet diameter.
Opinions on sound and performance from the Corvette forums are mixed, some complaining of a drone, some love them.
Anyone ever try them?

I made a set just like them with 14" glass packs, they worked really well!!!
