I've seen V-8 VW's and a Porsche 911 with a 455.

The question linking all this together -

Why?

If you have a pastel colored, neon lit, weed eater powered Honda, yup, go for the Lambo doors. Try to add that Italian class to your imported, forgotten in five years econo compact.

Tom's 35 year old design doesn't need this kind of a trick to make it stand out.

...looks trick, unique, one-of-a-kind; Yes!! But, in my own personal '2 cents' of opinion I Do Not think that the 'Beetle-Wing' Doors are right for the Pantera. Note that the Installation requires the removal of the front fenders; as we know, on the Pantera would mean Cutting them off. The pictures showing examples of the Modifications on various vehicles; has a White 'Van' with the doors up, it looks to me as if there is barely 12" to Squeeze past/into the opening. I beleive after all the hard work to accomplish this modification; You just would not end up with what You wanted in the first place. This is only My opinion, I think they plainly look 'Dumb'...
