Nobody did say it, but it will be a bit difficult to obtain anything without a lawyer...and that means $$$$$....so you should either go full in or....well...forget about it.

Depending on who it is and where ..an attorney is your only solution. It also depends on how you paid them. If it was by USPS money order, paypal or check you will have leg to stand on.

Basically the German dude that bought my orange Pantera owes me a part back from the car or some additional cash, and we both agreed to in writing on the bill of sale and both signed it stating he would pay me cash or deliver the item from the car by the end of Sept. I am just preparing for the end of Sept. Since the buyer of my car lives in Germany, it's kind of hard reaching him. I have his cell# with 714 area code from when he was visiting here, and have left a couple messages. I have his address from the title paperwork as well.

Thanks for the info DUTCHIE. That is the car and also the owner Herbert Piese. I would watch that one, as may not be paid in full to me just yet...a Pantera part or money still due to me as noted in the bill of sale. Not lots, but something still needing finalization.
