I am in the process of detailing the engine bay in the Pantera. I would like to remove and replace (one at a time) each locknut that retains the ZF flange to the bellhousing. It seems (finger in the access hole)that it's a stud that is in an open hole mounted in bellhousing. I thought it might be a bolt installed from inside and removal of the nut would allow the bolt to turn and not tighten. Are the studs locked in the bellhousing?
