Does anyone know of a reputable shop that can finish my 73 Pantera, preferably in or near Charlotte, North Carolina? At the current rate I'm going I will never get it done.

I had to verify I didn't post that in my sleep
work on 5177 came to a halt, blaming it on COVID
sent PM with my phone #
I'd contact Ron McCall. Top notch. A bit far (around Baltimore) but not bad. And definitely worth it.
jfb,
I take it you haven't visited the shop recently to get a personal update.
Husker, thanks. Ron rebuilt my ZF. I already asked him but he said he is too busy building transaxles and isn’t taking on any new projects.
No, I have not visited the shop. (personal reasons on my part)
there is Bill Gaino in south carolina
I wanted to let him but I was unable to deliever the pieces to Him, where GunnerZ came and got out of my barn
jfb,
You know his shop is only 1.5 hours away from me.......
Mike, my advice would be to pick the very best shop for your Pantera and send it there, regardless of location. The cost of shipping a Pantera to Miami, or across the country, is minor compared to the cost of frustration!
When faced with exactly the same dilemma, I decided to send my Pantera from Vancouver, BC, Canada to Don Byars (Full Throttle Panteras) in Southern California. It didn't need any mechanical work, as the drivetrain and suspension were done, I just needed someone to put the car together for me and do the paint and interior. I couldn't have been happier with the job and I thought the cost was reasonable. In fact, shipping the car to Don saved me money. Tricky jobs like removing and replacing door trim take a Pantera specialist minutes not hours, because they've done it 100 times before. My 2 cents!
