Is this even REAL ??? This is like one WACO who escaped 40 something years of physcopathic behavior until now when he was caught. Imagine what crazy stuff he has done up to now.

They should lock him up and throw away the key and save us all time and money. Imagine what good that money could do for some other homeless or hungry people.
