Mental Hospital

A guy is walking past a mental hospital and he hears a comotion. When closer he hears 13,13,13. Since there is a fence around the courtyard he cant see why the folks are shouting, he sees a gap in part of the fence and decides to look in and see whats going on. When he peers through the gap some idiot put a stick through the hole and pokes him in the eye! Then the people start yelling 14, 14, 14!.
