We had a local cruise night. It was insisted by two people that my goose was a Lamborhini and a third person insisted that it was the car used in the James Bond movie that turned into a submarine (was that a Bricklin?) Oh yeah, I didn't know that my car had a 428 big block in it and they all came from the factory with them. I thought that it was a 302 in there!

See Dennis??? I told you so and you wouldn't believe me. Instead of buying a real mangusta, you coulda bout a Pantera, put headlight in front and bought Mangusta name plates, and almost no one woulda known the differance. AND you woulda saved thousands of bucks and had a better handling, more reliable car. Maybe next time you will listen to the old DeTom.

If that's the case, I could have bought any cheap sports car, did that and saved even more money!

Naaaa. Too many miatas running around. The pantera with headlights woulda folled even the local experts. You woulda had them and showed them up for the fools they are. But if you had tried to pull it off with a honda or miata, they woulda called you on it for sure.

Hey, 1000 posts! I think I'm something new now! Hard to believe that I've been an irritant for over 1000 times now!

Dennis - you've been a police officer for a loooonnnnggg time. If you have only been an irritant for 1000+ times so far...you aren't up to standard. Perhaps the FTO term "N.R.T" rings a bell? Smiler I would be happy to get you up to speed, and will do it on your turf for travel and expenses. Hey, that is what Pantera buddies do!

No cop left behind.
