NASCAR 351 XE Block or New 351C Steel blocks needed

Thank you to all those who have given advice and leads on cylinder blocks. The type of racing involved is very controlled as to which engine blocks can be used. Although there have been attempts to conceal an alloy block, this type of behavior is frowned on by the governing bodies and is an embarrassment to Pantera enthusiasts. The parties involved want to go strictly by the rule book in all respects.
