Hey. So, I pulled the speedo on my 73L and there is nothing plugged into the lamp spade that is the speedo “fan” light.
I don’t see any dangling wires. Questions two:
What color wire am I looking for? Maybe yellow?
Where does it physically come out of the harness? I would like to look there and then move it back where it belongs. Thanks!

Believe it or not, that light was not hooked up to any wiring on some of the cars. I do not know a cut off date for when this occurred.
A little bit of a PITA but you can run a wire from the low-temperature fan relay mounted on the front wall of the front trunk.

Reach out to Jon at Pantera electronics. Larry is right you can run the wire, but it might be easier to just get the fan controller from Jon if you’re going to run wires.
