We will be staying at the Casino resort which is beautiful. There are really a ton of things to do with the wife and kids. Try to come a couple of days earlier. They will have a blast.

The Fallsview Casino is FULL! Yes full. I'm in contact with their sister hotel and am booking 20 rooms. Details to follow in the next few days.
I expect 19 rooms to be confirmed by those who will be attending in a reasonable amount of time. Remember, if you can't make it, you can always cancel with 72 hrs for a full refund. No excuses.

Well if you count actual cars that attend that would make the Whiskey Car Show the second largest event for the JP membership.

So are Jersey Panteras moving their event to Niagara, or am I just getting confused by errant thread hijacking?

A trivia question on the local radio made me think of this event. The question was what US landmark is eroding the fastest?

It was Niagara Falls (I know it's borderline and I personally would still consider it more a Canadian landmark, but anyway) it's eroding at 2.5 feet/year. So anyone within driving distance had better take the oportuinity this event offers to see it now before it truly becomes a Canadian landmark for good

Would you be driving in Saturday morning and staying only 1 night OR driving in Friday and would require Fri and Sat accomodations? The Hilton rates are Friday-$200 and Sat-$249.

Most locals will be ariving late morning, Saturday July 26. I would suspect the others from out of town would be arriving on the Friday. Most are staying at the Niagara Hilton

We'll meet late morning at either the Edgewater or the Tablerock. It's booked but the Edgewater is currently under construction and we haven't decided which will be better. Both are right at the Falls.

We'll display the cars and have lunch.
After a late afternoon break, we'll drive out 15 minutes along the Niagara River to the Whirlpool Restaurant.
We'll then return to the hotel and perhaps go to the casino which is connected to the Hilton. The evening plans have yet to be confirmed. Wayne wants to "cruise" the strip for trannies, but I think most are not "into" that kind of thing.
Sunday morning: We'll have breakfast at the Hilton, then drive out 20 minutes into "Niagara on the Lake".
It's a quaint little town in the wine region. Really quiet and beautiful. Boy, are they in for a surprise.
We'll have lunch at the Golf Coarse Restaurant and then say our goodbyes.
