Same here on the other side of the country. At least yesterday it was sunny and minus twenty. This was the view during my drive in to work.

Today it is warmer but ice pellets and "light" snow (only 6"). This weather just makes us appreciate our short driving season that much more.

Well I live near Miami and the snow here stopped in the 80's roll on floor but I did not live here then...

Truthfully I wish everyone has a safe winter, driving is dangerous and it is a major cause of death in this country. Be safe and just wait it out or come on down and visit now is the best time here 70-80 degrees F and wonderfull... now lets talk about June- Sept... My car goes away for summer not because it overheats (it does not) it gets stored because who wants to go outside in hell when there is A/C inside.
Well here in the pacific northwest we finally got out of the snow, then floods and power outages and it's time to start thinking about the spring. The car is on a roller and all 4 corners are being rebuilt new U-joints, SS brake lines, bushing, adjustable shocks, and alot of clean up and paint, and new motors (3). Since RMR and getting my butt kicked by Peter and Blake in the Rockies I need MORE POWER. My wonderful wife who thinks that at 160 mph were I let them get away from us(stock oil pan losing pressure 1500 miles from home) was not acceptable and can't wait for another run like that. After sucking a valve racing last year everything is being redone. I hope to have it ready by mid febuary for first race if not, for sure before spring. That's what we do in the winters here when it is too wet and cold to drive our cars for months but come spring we make up for it.

Tim, glad to see you're giving that tired old cat some much-needed attention! Big Grin I guess after you're done I'll have to take your spot at the bottom of the "spanked" list. I hear Blake is already out trying to blow up his new motor. Say hi to that wonderful wife of yours and I hope we all get together again before too long.

Mark
