I don't know about bad, but I'd want a thorough inspection before buying it.

Well that is hard to say because in the wetter states we see alot of rust in the ZF's that have been sitting around, that one is not coated with cosmoline witch is like a wax to save it. Just remember to add about $1200.00 for Labor,seals,gaskets and ring gear bolts if you plan on service.
