oil and tire pressure

getting ready to change oil any thoughts on oil and is there a better oil filter than the motor craft PL-1A have large oil pan. tire pressure have new 17's put on and wonder about correct pressure for tires front and back. Thanks

Check out www.minimopar.net/oilfilterstudy.html for the most comprehensive study done yet on oil filters & oils. This was an independant study, so there is no product bias as seen on some of the manufacturer's sites. Very useful info!
