I am currently reading this book that has all the magazine reviews on the Pantera from 1971 until 1987. Most are from like England, Australia and some are from American mags. But I was reading this one from England that said they came with driving lights so guys could flash each other to pass even in the daytime. I have these lights on my car too but I just figured some previous owner had put them on there cause when you turned the headlights on they never came on too. So I figured they was just decoritive. Well anyway I was down in my garage after having read the article so I figured what the heck. I did like they said and pulled the turn signal lever toward me and low and behold, the lights came on!!! Really, well the drivers side did, cause the bulb on the passenger side is burnt out. But damn. I woulda never knowed if I hadn'ta read a book!!!!!

I am impressed, you guys knew what book I was talking about. I have a whole bunch of Pantera books now. I still think one of my favorites is the first oneI read, by Wallace Wyse, because it talks about DeTomaso and his life andlike history kinda. I have always liked history if it is well written and you can put yourself back in another time.
