I agree, really a cool car. I can't imagine the re-chrome cost. Nothing else like the front bumper of this ride. Something about that bumper fasinated me as a young kid.

Since we are on old Car kick...
Well a "quick" story I own a 1999 looks like bone stock (hidden sleeper supercharger) Mustang Vert and I was putting gas into it and a young kid 23-25 years old pulled into the other side of the pump in a newer Z28 with a nos setup. A nice car indeed. I could see the NOS purge in the cowl and he got out and said "want to race?"

I smiled and said " I am going to save you some money... Don't play with old Men we have time and we have money" he said "I'll bow your doors in want to race!!!" So I offered top end or quarter mile. He said 1/4 Mile. I said then lets up the anti lets go for pinks. He said I am making payments on the car. he then said what makes you so sure you are going to win? I stated it will be mine and I showed him the picture below he said I meant top end I showed him a pic of the Cat with my 100HP NOS shot. He said I meant the Mustang I popped the hood and showed him the ProCharger and all the goodies underneath. He finally smiled and said nice cars... Sometimes you just have to teach the young 1923 Model T 700hp 2200lbs Note the bug catcher is closed I broke the wheelie bars on that run.
