The engine was the Ford 351 Cleveland V-8 with about 300 horses, 5-speed ZF limited slip transaxle, all-steel monococque body/frame, magnesium wheels, 4-wheel disc brakes and about 3200 lbs. Built from 1971 to 1992 in various incarnations and models. Roughly 8500 Panteras of all types built in 21 years
