Original Magnesium Wheels? | The De Tomaso Forums

Can anyone tell me if this is an original Mag wheel from a GT5 (see picture)? I know that others have said in the past that weight is really the only true way to tell (i.e,. light weight) but I wanted to see if there was another way.

No one "to my knowledge" has cast a GP IV wheel with the original DeTomaso markings and size.

Why the mystery? Where did it come from. Doesn't that confirm the source.

Not sure why you don't know as it isn't like 15 foundries are casting these wheels

It's a fake! Probably an unsafe Chinese knockoff. I'll give you $100 for the set.

Seriously, as PanteraPatt already pointed out, they're the real deal. And worth a fair bit of $$$.
