So, after spending a bit of time looking at my Pantera, I have started to irritate me of the fact that I did'nt weld shut the big US sidemarkers when I redid my car.

Allso, I'm about to make it into a Gr4 clone, and will use 180's with a center exhaust exit., and plan to weld shut the area where the exhaust now exits.

This gives me a "golden" opportunity to change color on the car, and try something new..

SO, what is your favorite color combo on car-interior? If not maybe your favorite, have you seen somthing a bit out of the ordinary that is cool? Photos gallore please!!!!!!!

Colour choice is always a challenge, I like the gunmetal grey Lambo, if that's the way you're leaning, have a look at the Pantera in the Jordan Sparks video (they've blended out the gills behind the rear 1/4 window - an interesting modification.
As for other colours, if you're trying to stand out, then nothing says Look At Me like a McLaren or Lambo orange, in carbon fibre, I like the blue tint Bugatti has used. Metallics are nice to look at, but can be a pain to match and touch up.

I've heard a Matte finish can help against radar traps ...

For my '74's GP4 conversion I have been thinking toward a yellow/orange.

I think a lot depends whether it's a combination color scheme or a solid color and the wheels used, IMO the GP4 lines get lost on a solid color and original Campis set the cars off.

That said I think a charcoal or silver lower (instead of the usual black) could carry quite well for some top colors and look a lot more modern.

Julian,

I was about to post "Wow, we must have been standing right beside each other when you took that photo." Then I realized I was you when you took that photo. Smiler

The color is a pale grey green/blue and it was (and probably still is) stunning. Perfect scheme for a Group 4.

HAHA, just one of the collection of photos I save when I come across something interesting. Knowing your photography skills, keen eye and occasional use of Photoshop I suspect many of my collection of photos can probably be credited to you!

Your version shows the original color much better.
