Sorry, too quick to post.
Does anyone know of this car and its history?
It is a lot of $$ but seems well restored.
How hard whould it be to reinstall the AC?

im no expert (dont even own a pantera) but I think this car looks nicer than most cars in the 60-70k class. just wondering how much of the org. car is left? (and does this matter?)
I dont like the GTS flares (and that he has drilles holes to fit them)

I dont know the car, but you are right, it "looks" very nice top and bottom in the pics, at 50 to 60 it seems to be a good deal.
???? Maybe
Picture can be deceiving; you must inspect the cars in person.
Here's some more cars "I" would look at that are around the same $$$$

I'm with Brad. The car looks great, and if you're itching for a Yellow GTS that isn't painted to look like a GTS, then jump in! The seller clearly knew what do do, appears to have done it right and is standing by that by offering a no deposit purchase, so other than a trip to NJ, you don't have much to lose. As Brad points out, there are lots of nice cars in that price range, but ANY of them should be inspected before you agree to purchase one.
You will probably need to spend $5—6K to replace and re-fit the entire AC system if done properly. Much less if you can do it yourself.
Good luck!

Sorry but I don't agree. Clearly the car has been painstakingly rebuilt. But the components are pretty much stock. No better. In the linbks posted by Shotgun I found 2 I would jump at before this one. There are many cars out there for this kind of money that have been restored to the same degree but rebuilt with every one of the latest tricks and upgrades to engine, cooling, suspension, brakes, wheels and electronics.
I see it is no longer for sale. Did taxpro buy it?
