What's wrong with the front bumperettes? They aren't level.
Looks like the owner took some artistic liberties. The fold line of the bumperettes now flows into the fold line of the front wing.

This car, #6540, theoretically was 28 cars behind mine on the assembly line, #6512, built October '73 . It is not a '75 model. What I see different is Pre L front end sheet metal, bumpers, and grill. I see wipers that park on the left while my US spec car wipers park on the right, '74 only. I see what looks like steel GTS flares on the front not the riveted US version. The rear fenders look to be stock.
